They say that spider bites can swell up to any size.
If left untreated, they could even cover both your eyes.
I can feel it swelling over me and into me and back out of me. I can feel it swelling over me and into me and back out of me.
They say that spider bites will lay spiders in your bones, if left untreated. How they learned this, no one has ever known. I can see it crawling out of me and after me and back into me. I can see it crawling out of me and after me and back into me.

Go before your time
there are schemes within your mind, so throw it quickly
to a distant region in the stars where it cannot explode and trick me
Lever on the days, you propel us through the wake of something singing
Huge forgetful objects are hurtling through space; what are they bringing?
Go below our sign; you can terminate the minds that grow so thickly
In Twilight-Through-The-Trees, where the legends tell of seas that gather quickly.
Patterns through the daze, lay in fractal-causing haze that leaves you dreaming.
Hidden vault of greys; if you see forbidden shades, you'll run screaming.

What if you knew the truth?
I've got a poison tooth.
My friendship is a ruse.
I'll strike you when I choose.
The only way you'll win
is if the talking winds
spill secrets they've not told
since all the stars were old.

The Carnivorous Temple

It's their duty to guide their flocks in through the temple's doors and to its belly. The doors are jaws, and they can't be locked. To survive, the temple has to eat the worshippers. For a pilgrim, it's really not what they had expected to find here. But they never thought to provide their deity with sustenance.
(The filtronic shamantizer!!!!) x800
It's their duty to guide their thoughts to a place where blankness is a virtue, but the fury with which they sought everything they wanted shows you who they really are. Watch when they get caught--they will tell you that they don't remember, but the air was hot with their fury at the time the incident occurred.
(The filtronic shamantizer!!!!) x799
This thing has stood for centuries. No one but the victims go inside it. No, not even priests, who claim to know a god they can't even face. People fought and fought for the right to build a nicer temple. I'm just trying to warn you lot, the temple's victims are digested for days....

Wise shilling scrambled bricks!
You tram and nibble.
Last eggstorm flooding hiss!
Please crawl for bubble.
Gash stream retreat a prong
like case of muddle.
Lake fender flak Sid.
We'll drift a shackle.
Drink all the kinder sheds!
Sip muffled hunting spears.
Spread erasure over sand!
Don't sing high stubble.

Oh no
What could've happened here?
What could've happened here?
It's so cold...
Angels
Angels were in the air
Their laughter was in the air,
now gone.
I found
someone who was still alive
who told me Icenine was why
things froze.
Like a
carnivorous chandelier,
it crystallized all that feared
and flowed.
Out of
the corner of my third eye
I saw a chimera sigh
and fall.
On its
way down out of the sky,
I heard it keep asking why
in song.

A Water Landing

I didn't want you to have to hear this.
I wanted to prevent this from taking place.
But if you hear me, it probably means I'm nervous
and I want you to come inflate my face.
My mouth and nose and ears and things are vessels
for the stars to spread throughout my brain.
That's why the neighbors tied me to the tressel--
so the stars would get hit by a train.
[chorus:] The I.C.U. is a dangerous place!
I didn't like the food, so they shot me in the face.
They gave me walrus tusks and made me smoke crack
and hit me with a hammer in the center of my back [OW! OW! OW! OW!].
They cut off all my elbows and they made me wear plaid.
I said I didn't like them, and they said it made them sad.
They took me to a room and pretended I was dead
and tried to drive a brick through the center of my head [OW! OW! OW! OW!]!
So when I come to pick you up for dinner,
just keep in mind I don't exist in any way.
It's partially because I've gotten so much thinner,
as often happens to a tree when it's afraid.
I don't know what I would've done without you;
you're always there when I need someone to flay.
There's nothing I have ever heard about you,
but since you don't exist, that's probably okay.
[repeat chorus.]

They come,
they steal
They writhe,
they squeal
(Can someone please explain why I don't have a tail?!)
In clouds,
in veins
in sounds,
insanes
(I wanna wear my house on my back like a snail!)

Shadows like billowing czars
(some reach the size of small cars)
glide through the infinite dim
Their so-called faces are grim.
They dance in endless blue depths.
Poseidon keeps them as pets.
They move like sections of night.
Their enemies have arrived:
Insects disguised as cathedrals
imprison thousands of people
stingers mistaken for steeples,
they must be driven to deep holes.

You went to sleep and said that comets streak the face of the infinite night like giant icy tears were cried by a cosmic goddess.
The comets in their secret paths have always looked for Her because they know it's She who'll give them their true purpose.
Ancient structure light-years long lie dormant in a growing song, which when it's finally sung will wake them & reshape the cosmos.
Hidden forest glades can reveal things about the stars that you would never know your whole life unless you knew to ask the right people.
You're one of the few left who have souls that sleepwalk through the stars, and now that you realize it, you must decide what you will do with it.
There are dangers out there too large for our minds to understand, but if you find where She is, well then We can probably wrest Her from It.
Go to sleep and dream a map that leads through hidden eons tucked behind the wall of stars we'll enter through the rumored cracks within them.
Your map matches sound-wave contours of a baby's laugh you overheard once when you woke up in a strange grey room made out of rhythm.
Lifted by the night winds, you will hear the stars' positions in the giant music that makes up our universe.
Shifted by our mind-winds, the information will bend into dreams that sing the meanings of your mission and your work.
Don't try to remember; one day it just happens; there are some things too amazing; try not to forget them.
Watching on the ocean, waiting to see signals, from distances that gods would grow old trying to traverse.
All the fables you have ever heard within a single whispered word--that is the essence of Her life and of Her secret.
If you stand before Her and survive Her spirit's light, then you've escaped the old life by finally finding where the sea and sky met.
What we carried on and what we wanted out of this was just that feeling that we get when night is birthed on summer evenings.
For so long, the only thing that I remembered out of all of this was how you hid your smile and said you must be dreaming.

The road went on and on, but you remembered me.
I saw your face emerge from years of bitter dreams.
So reunited, we can finally be at peace.
And somehow we can make it to the Pleiades.
Can evening still steal through the words between the trees?
Will we decipher things to tell the autumn seas?
One day I hope to smile and trace your each and every crease
and then we'll know we've made it to the Pleiades.
